from 10:00 to 20:00: 95.0% (average over 30 days)
from 20:00 to 10:00: 90.0% (average over 30 days)

The technical assistance service is active 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. The following times for taking charge of requests for assistance are guaranteed:
from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 20:00: within 4 hours of receiving the request
from Monday to Friday from 20:00 to 10:00 of the following day and on Saturday and
Sunday: within 9 hours of receiving the request
