LIVEKLASS User Guide - Live session using Zoom

1. Download and install Zoom

PC

For PC,
•
Prepare a PC equipped with microphone and camera.
If your PC is not equipped with microphone and camera, you need to prepare them separately.
•
If you are initiating Zoom for the first time, your web browser will begin downloading Zoom.
•
When the download is completed, click on the file to execute Zoom installation.
If Zoom download does not happen?

2. Log in on Zoom

•
Visit https://zoom.us and click Log in.
If you have no Zoom account, click Sign up to create an account for free.

3. Start Live Session on LIVEKLASS

•
A pop-up banner will guide you to enter the Live Session.
One hour before the Live Session starts, a pop-up banner appears at the bottom of the LIVEKLASS page.
Orange Button → [Entry to live session : 라이브클래스 입장]
•
You can join the live session by clicking the entry button.
Check information regarding being a host
•
You will be redirected to Zoom.
•
Once you see the screen below, click [Approve]
•
Please wait a while until the meeting begins.
•
Once redirected to Zoom, click [Open zoom.us]
Participants can start joining Zoom at this point on
•
Click [Join with computer audio]
•
To enable camera, click [Video]. To share your computer screen, click [Share screen]
•
You are all set. Make sure to let your participants know to join Zoom for live session.

4. Ending Live Session.

•
Click [Leave meeting] on the bottom right corner
On the pop-up message, click 'Leave meeting for all'

5. Participant view

1.
Participants will see [Entry to live session : 라이브클래스 입장] on their LIVEKLASS. By clicking, their will be redirected to Zoom.

If Zoom is not already installed, download Zoom.

Once the installation is completed, participants can type their name and join live session.

6. Uninstallation

1.
Login to your Zoom account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace
2.
Click Manage > Installed apps or search for the LIVEKLASS app
3.
Click the LIVEKLASS app
4.
Click Uninstall
